There is an effort to create a long term county plan. One is done about every 10 years. The last time a county plan was done was 2003. The county planning commission hired a company – Envision – to assist with completing this years plan. Unfortunately Envision is a very liberal Urban planning organization that supports and endorses NOACA and other very liberal concepts. Everyone in Geauga County who wants to remain rural, no high density housing, no transit, no large scale big box business development should contact the planning commission and express your thoughts.
